Refund policy
At Vaultier, every timepiece is prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process with a 60-day return window and free return shipping.
Return Window
You may return your order within 60 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received — unworn and free of any scratches, marks, or signs of use beyond those disclosed in the original listing;
- Returned with all protective seals and security tags intact (where fitted);
- Accompanied by all original boxes, papers, certificates, links, and accessories included with your order;
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or with security tags removed may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@vaultierus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond with your return authorization and a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label — free of charge.
- Pack the timepiece securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off following the instructions provided.
Please do not send your item back without first requesting a return authorization. For security reasons, do not write any brand name or any reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel.
Refunds
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the timepiece within 2 business days and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges (if any) are refundable only when the return is the result of our error.

The fastest way to secure a different timepiece is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
