Return & Refund Policy
At Vaultier, every timepiece we sell is an authenticated pre-owned watch that has passed our verification process. We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
60-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn beyond inspection, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging, boxes, papers, tags, and any included accessories.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. To initiate a return, email us at support@vaultierus.com and we will provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label along with instructions.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@vaultierus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will review your request and send you a prepaid, insured return label.
- Pack the watch securely in its original packaging.
- Drop the package at the designated carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions above. Inspection is typically completed within of receipt.
After your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may decline a return or reduce a refund if a returned item shows signs of wear beyond inspection, is damaged after delivery, is missing original packaging or documentation, or is returned outside the 60-day window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@vaultierus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
