Vaultier is an independent reseller and is not an authorized dealer of, nor affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any of the manufacturers whose timepieces are offered on this website, including, without limitation, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, and Hublot. All brand names, model names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify and describe the pre-owned products offered for sale.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or listing errors, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case you will receive a full refund.
